How to Manage and Filter Candidates at One Place

Efficiently managing and filtering candidates is a crucial aspect of the recruitment process. Codejudge provides recruiters with a powerful tool to streamline this task. 

In this article, we will guide you through the process of managing and filtering candidates in one place on Codejudge. With this feature, you can simplify your recruitment workflow, assess candidates effectively, and make well-informed hiring decisions.

Follow these steps to manage and filter candidates at one place:-

Step 1: Log in to the Codejudge recruiter account and go to the 'Candidates' section. There, you'll find a list of assessments and interviews done by candidates. You can see details like the candidate's name, the test or interview name, how well they did, how long it took, the status, and what actions you can take.

Step 2: Recruiter can view candidates assessment and interview details by clicking on the toggle button shown on top of the dashboard page.

Step 3: In the filter section use the filtering options provided by Codejudge. You can filter candidates by searching “Candidate Name/Email”, “Test/Contest Name”. You can also search candidates by clicking on various options like:- Invite sent/Registered, Currently Active, Project Submitted, Completed, Top Performers.

Enhanced candidate filters: In the filter section you can check if the candidate has Read Instruction, is Top Performer, Mid Performer and Low Performer. These are the new filters.

Step 4: You can also filter candidates by “Selecting time and range”. You can search for a candidate by “Started At and invited At.
