This article will guide you through the steps to bulk schedule interviews via resumes on Codejudge.
Step 1: Login to the Codejudge recruiter account and navigate to the "Interviews" section. Click on the “Drop down” button and select bulk “Schedule Interviews via Resumes”.
Step 2: On selecting the Schedule Interviews via Resumes, it will ask you to upload the zip file containing .txt, .doc, .docx, .pdf, .rtf. Then click on the upload zip.
P.S. This feature works best with clearly formatted resumes.
Step 3: After uploading the zip file. You can see and review the details of the candidate like:- Name, Emails, Phone no., You can select the interviewer individually or in bulk for the candidate(s) by clicking on “Add Interviewer”. Select the interviewer and click on save.
Step 4: You can also add duration in bulk by clicking on “Add Duration” and set duration of the interview and click on save. Or you may add it individually for each candidate.
Step 5: You can add the scoring metrics in bulk by clicking on “Add Scoring Metrics” then click on save. Or you may add it individually for each candidate.
Step 6: You can add questions in bulk by clicking on “Add Questions”, you will be forwarded to the question page you can select the questions and click on done. Or you may add it individually for each candidate.
Step 7: Fill the Interview start time manually for individual candidates as per your schedule.
Step 8: If you want to remove the candidate click on the red cross in the action column.
Step 9: If you are satisfied with the information click on the green tick in the action column, it will save the new data. You can edit or delete the saved data.
Step 10: When you are done click on “Confirm and Send”.
P.S. You can send invites in bulk to all, or to selected candidates or individually.
