Managing Payments and OTP-Based Transactions on Codejudge

We’ve introduced a set of updates to simplify how you manage billing on Codejudge. From viewing payment history to handling OTP-secured transactions and GST charges — everything is now easier and more transparent.

1) View Your Payment History

You can now access a complete log of your billing activities, including subscriptions, top-ups, and renewals.

Step 1: Log in to your Codejudge account.

Step 2: Navigate to the Billing section under the profile button.

Step 3: Here, you’ll find a detailed record of:

• Subscription upgrades or plan changes
  
  
• Top-ups and invite purchases
  
  
• Auto-renewals
  
  
• Free units added (with reason)
  
  
• Card updates and charges applied

On scrolling down, you will also find the payment history at the bottom with each entry including the reason, amount, and date for full transparency.

Note: You can also view the reason for payments. By clicking on the ‘i’ icon, you can see all the possible reasons and their explanations.

2) Handle OTP-Based Card Transactions

Some banks, especially in India, require OTP (One-Time Password) verification for card transactions.

• When you add a card or purchase a subscription, you may be prompted to complete an OTP step.
  
  
• Codejudge uses Stripe as its payment gateway, which securely manages this process.
  
  
• You’ll be redirected to your bank’s secure OTP page via Stripe’s interface.
  
  
• Enter the OTP sent to your registered mobile number.
  
  
• Once verified, the payment will be processed and confirmed through Stripe.
  
  

🔒 The OTP screen may vary depending on your bank. It’s a standard, secure redirection to your bank’s website for authentication.

Now, you can also view the GST details on the invoice.
