Decoding Candidate Ratings: A Guide for Interviewers on Judgepad

Understanding and evaluating candidate performance is crucial in the recruitment process. Codejudge provides a transparent and comprehensive system for recruiters to assess and rate candidates effectively.

Step 1: Login to the Codejudge recruiter account and navigate to the "Interview" section. Clicking on the view, here you can check the Rating of the candidate. 

Step 2: You have to go to the “Rating and Feedback” page, by clicking on the “Rating and Feedback”” button.

Step 3: Here you can check the rating and feedback given by the interviewer. You can check the individual rating given by the interviewer in front of his/her name.

Step 4: You can check the average rating of the candidate on the top. If multiple interviewers have rated, the respective ratings are shown beside their names(can be expanded for in-depth metrics), and the overall average rating will be displayed on top.
