Data-Driven Reports: Analyzing Voice and Video Recordings

Data-driven reports on Codejudge.io now include the remarkable addition of voice recording and video recording features. These features enhance the evaluation process by capturing not only the code and results but also the spoken explanation and visual presentation of the candidate's work. Here's how it works:

Step 1: Login to the Codejudge recruiter account and navigate to the "Tests" section. Here, you'll find a list of all available tests. Click on a particular test to view comprehensive candidate performance details.

Step 2: On clicking, a list of candidates who participated in the test along with their corresponding status will be presented. Click on any particular candidate to view the details.

Step 3: Clicking on any candidate will display a comprehensive overview of his performance. This includes all details such as Functionality Score, Time Taken, Questions Attempted, and Quality Score. The Quality Score is particularly calculated for programming and project-oriented questions.

Step 4: Voice recording and Video recording questions fall under the category of “Subjective type” questions. The answers to these questions are showcased in the “Subjective Results” section. Click on the "Actions" button, which reveals detailed results of the assessment.

Step 5: On clicking the "Actions" button, the candidate's solution will be presented. You have the option to either Download the Video and Play Video.

Step 6: On clicking the "Actions" button, the candidate's solution will be presented. You have the option to either Download the Audio and Play Audio.

After evaluation, you can assign a Score and then click on the Save button to finalise the evaluation process.

Data-driven reports enriched with voice recording and video recording features on Codejudge offer recruiters an unprecedented view of candidates' capabilities. By allowing candidates to explain their code verbally and visually, these features provide valuable insights beyond traditional assessments.
